Functional Responsibilities:
- Discover and document scope of the project.
- Proactive customer communications on pending orders and punch lists.
- Prepare project schedule including project milestones and critical decision dates.
- Attend Team meeting prepared with project status and updates.
- Attend weekly scheduling meeting with complete information regarding new, ongoing and completed projects.
- Attend client project construction meetings when necessary.
- Schedule and perform pre-installation job site visit to verify key criteria
- Manage the product delivery schedule based upon installation date.
- Act as a liaison between the manufacturer, internal designers and field installers.
- Schedule and perform post installation walk through with the client.
- Prepare, distribute and manage the project punch list.
- Respond to warranty issues and concealed damage product.
- Monitor labor costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- On site supervision of the project.
- Schedule all labor requirements.
- Provide effective and timely communication of project status to all team members.
- Complete all documentation and reports as necessary.
- Promote professional image and conduct at all times.
- Deliver level of service to ensure customer commitment and long term relationship.
- Communicate with customer's regarding their service work requests and schedule appointments as required.
- Determine what parts and labor is necessary to resolve the service issue.
- Identify whether a service order is a warranty issue covered by the manufacturer, or billable to the customer.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for product replacement under warranty.
- Billable service orders must be quoted to the salesperson/coordinator so they can send a formal proposal to the customer before they place the order.
- Complete service orders and obtain signed customer acceptance.
- Track open service orders and maintain current status report.
- Communicate with sales and support staff on open service orders as needed.

- Accessibility and willingness to be available in Lincoln (70%), Omaha (25%), and other areas within the state of Nebraska (5%)
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- An understanding of the commercial furniture business.
